Oi Mirella, tudo bem!?
Quem me passou seu contato foi a Vanessa – GR /SP. Nos fazemos VP juntas e depois de conhecer o site, ler seu livro, quero ingressar no site, contar um pouco da minha historia, e usar essa ferramenta a mais como um estimulo.
Sou dependente de remédios para emagrecer por 10 anos! Como é de seu conhecimento, já tive todos os picos de magreza e de sobre peso durante esse período! Depois de muito sofrer com isso, tomei a iniciativa de ingressar no programa do VP, que já conhecia de muito tempo, mas sempre preferi os métodos aparentemente “fácil”, mas hoje tenho a consciência que sem MUDAR a CABEÇA eu não MUDO meu CORPO.
Na minha primeira reunião sai chorando, quando descobri que atingi 103,6kg. Quase que já desisti de inicio. Chorei muito ! ! Compartilhei com meu marido, meu filho…que me deram muita força, me incentivaram e comecei a caminhada. São 5 meses de disciplina, e menos 10kg. (Sinceramente acho pouco! Tenho sérios problemas com festas, baladas, que adoro muito…e gosto de tomar uma cervejinha…rsrsrs)
Mesmo assim estou feliz com meu resultado, entrei na fase que todos reconhecem que emagreci e me elogiam…. mas muito ansiosa para aumentar esse numero, quero muito que esse período de festa acabe positivamente, e que 2012 eu ingresse com pique total! Quero a ajuda de todas que divulgam suas historias, angustias, ansiedade no site, pois sabemos que compartilhando e identificando com as experiências o caminho fica mais leve.

O maior sucesso da sua caminhada está sem sombra de dúvida na mudança de foco essencial nas nossas histórias. Realmente sempre buscamos emagrecer fácil e nunca nos demos conta de quão difícil sempre foram nossas iniciativas frustradas e sem a menor perspectiva de sucesso. Não culpo os remédios, ou tratamentos, ou o que quer que seja. Mas a nós mesmas que sem consciência, nunca conseguimos sequer nos equilibrar para a manutenção de tantos quilos perdidos ao longo das nossas vidas. Mas essa história é passado. Um passado que nos ajudou a chegar até aqui. Que nos inspirou a mudança e a vontade de mudar.
Sinta-se sempre feliz e muito orgulhosa da sua conquista de eliminar esses 10 quilos nos últimos 5 meses. Sabemos que as saídas e também a “cervejinha” não são nossas aliadas, mas veja só, você está conseguindo o que muita gente não consegue, aliar as duas coisas e construir resultados. Acredite minha amiga, as maiores dificuldades nessa luta terminam sendo para as pessoas que como você disse, também tem “sérios problemas com festas, baladas”. Por isso parabéns redobrado para você.
