Sempre via o livro, porém, nunca tinha o lido. Esse ano de 2012 entrei com um pensamento diferente, li O livro e a partir dele comecei a mudar meus hábitos alimentares. Fui a endocrinologista, comecei a Dieta dos pontos, passei a fazer atividades física (academia), comecei a me alimentar 5 vezes ao dia, estou com consulta marcada para nutricionista, para ser melhor orientada. Vejo agora a importância das 5 refeições, estou comendo mas frutas e cortando as massas. Confesso que hoje dei uma escorregada, comi massa, 1 coxinha e 1 trouxinha, fiquei com a consciência pesadas, mas amanhã volto a dieta e me manterei firme. Em 20 dias perdi 3 quilos, minha meta é perder pelo menos 10. Sempre fui gordinha, desde criança, costumava repetir isso para mim para me desculpar por ser gorda, porém, de uns dias para cá essa mentalidade mudou, agora penso o seguinte: não é por que sempre fui gordinha que deverei o ser para sempre. Esta na hora de mudar esta realidade!
