Oi amiga linda do meu coração, ou melhor, amigas lindas (já que esse depoimento vai para o blog, ne?! Rrsrrsrs),
Nunca mais escrevi ne?! Rsrsrs…. Bem, hoje completei exatamente 50kg eliminados. Estou muito muito muito e muito feliz com tudo que conquistei esse ano, digo tudo, pois alem de ter melhorado minha aparência (como mostra a foto), mudei completamente minha vida. Minha rotina hoje é completamente diferente da rotina que tinha a um ano atrás. Hoje me movimento muito mais e adquiri informações sobre hábitos saudáveis que ate então não dava tamanha importância.
Esses dias, fui a uma lanchonete com meu filho e como estava com pressa sai da lanchonete comendo um sanduíche (natural, é claro! Rrsrsrs) na rua. Foi então que me lembrei que antes eu jamais faria isso, sabe por quê?! Porque tinha vergonha que as pessoas me vissem comendo, pois iriam associar aquela cena com meu excesso de peso… Tipo… “por isso que ela é tão gorda, ta comendo no meio da rua, feito uma gorda louca sem educação…”. Meu Deus, eu era normal? Rsrrsrsrs…
Mi, hoje quando vejo pessoas muito acima do peso, fico com tanta pena… Esse sentimento é normal? Você já sentiu isso? Adoro ouvir pessoas dizendo que sou inspiração. É bom saber que minha historia tem ajudado outras pessoas, que assim como eu, há um ano atrás estava tão desesperada, sem rumo e sem saber o que fazer, foi quando encontrei a inspiração que faltava na minha vida… o blog com tantas historias de sucesso.
Ontem estava em um shopping quando encontrei uma amiga de longa data que ha muito tempo não me via pessoalmente, porem ela esta acompanhando o blog (e conquistando ótimos resultados, diga-se de passagem… rssrrs) e acompanhado meus depoimentos… Quando ela me viu, parecia que estava vendo uma atriz famosa… Muito engraçado, me beijou, abraçou e o mais engraçado de tudo é que ela imediatamente ligou para mãe dela (que não conheço) e disse… “mãe adivinha com quem eu estou, com a Giu do blog, a que perdeu tantos quilos, vou tirar uma foto com ela e levar para senhora”… Pois bem ela tirou a foto comigo e disse que vai colocar na sua geladeira para servir de inspiração… Isso é muito legal, sabia?! Sensação estranha… Sou tão “normal” como ela…. Mas quando estamos “fracas” queremos nos agarrar em algo que vemos que possa ajudar ne?! Amiga… Hoje to com o raciocínio louco… rrsrsrs.. Percebeu ne?! Rssrrsrs. Acho que é a alegria dos primeiros 50 kg eliminados… Sabe que ainda quero eliminar 5 kg ou serão 7 kg?! Rrsrsrs… Essa minha meta só aumenta… rsrsrsrs. Isso é normal também? Rsrsrrs… Aproveitando segue abaixo meu resultado atual:
03 de Janeiro/2011 – 115,000 kg
10 de Dezembro/2011 – 64,800 kg

Olá amiga linda do meu coração. Você não imagina o tamanho da minha felicidade em saber que você conseguiu bater a marca dos 50 quilos mandados embora. Estou feliz demais por você. Por ver que você continua se superando, buscando força e equilíbrio nessa jornada que tem transformado sua vida. Parabéns amiga. Tanta gente achando que é impossível e você aí mostrando esse caminho maravilhoso de transformação. Você é uma celebridade sim amiga. Uma celebridade que inspira força e conquista na vida de tantas pessoas que ainda estão sofrendo todas as dores que conhecemos tão profundamente.
Sabe Giu, a gente sente mesmo essa dor de ver o outro e saber que ele está sofrendo. É uma coisa bem inevitável porque sabemos exatamente de que dor estamos falando. E o pior é que o mundo inteiro parece só viver para engordar. sem consciência como nós estivemos um dia, sem forças e até mesmomuitas vezes fingindo não ter vontade. Eu procuro fazer um prece para essas pessoas porque somente Deus pode ajudá-la a redescobrir a própria vida.
Não falo apenas vontade de emagrecer mas principlamente vontade e forças para fazer a coisa certa. Afinal é isso que tem nos impulsionado pelo maravilhoso e abençoado caminho das conquistas. É por isso minha aimiga que você é muito mais do que uma atriz famosa. É exemplo de força, de superação. Sua história mostra que é possível.
Sobre sair comendo um sanduiche. Será que a nossa vergonha tão grande não era porque nós mesmas sabíamos que estávamos fazendo a coisa errada? Afinal sempre que saíamos comendo já havíamos comido antes, ficávamos repetindo descontrolada e compulsivamente. Logicamente a nossa consciência gritava. O julgamento dos outros vinha sempre junto. E eles estavam certos a maioria das vezes. Nós eramos quem não queríamos ver e ainda não tinhamos encontrado as forças de mudar. Mas agora o caminho é outro amiga. Continuamos reaprendendo, nos reinventando. Continuamos crescendo e multiplicando felicidade.
Você está bem perto da sua meta. Não se assuste por ela sempre aumentar. Todas nós passamos por isso. Mas logo encontramos o peso que nos deixa muito felizes. O problema é que no início não acreditamos “de verdade” que é possível. Aí quando a coisa acontece sabemos que podemos ficar sempre com os pesos que desejarmos. E para a sua altura com certeza não haverá nada demais mantrer os 58 quilos. Parabéns amiga. Siga firme nessa reta final. Quanto mais foco e disciplina para chegarmos na meta nesses últimos quilos melhor. Pois como sabemos os últimos quilos são sempre os mais difíceis. Ah! São os mais felizes tabém. Conte sempre com a gente minha amiga. Que Jesus a ilumine a cada dia. Ficamos aguardando para breve as suas notícias tá?
