Bom dia gente!!!!
A mensagem de Mirella me fez refletir muito e me fez escolher voltar ao caminho certo! Concordo muito quando ela fala em não nos preocuparmos com a gorda louca… isso me fez lembrar quando falamos que vamos correr atrás do prejuízo… do prejuízo não gente, temos que correr é atrás do sucesso, atrás de conseguirmos mudar realmente nosso corpo juntamente com nossas mentes! Por isso nos foquemos novamente nas Gordas em Recuperação que somos! A GL veio? Pois não vamos a fortalecer não! Vamos deixa-la de lado e fortalecer nossas GR´s! Fortalecer a nós mesmas, seja compartilhando aqui e/ou no blog, de preferência nos dois 
Outras sábias palavras que Mirella escreveu foram “Sabemos o que fazer. A questão é: Estamos fazendo?” Gente isso realmente acho eu é a maior das questões! Estamos fazendo? Mesmo? Eu admito que não, ao menos não como deveria, não com todos os conhecimentos e ferramentas que temos… não tenho anotado exatamente tudo o que como, não tenho me dedicado tanto a atividade física como deveria…não tenho escrito a vocês tanto quanto nos comprometemos ao inciar no blog de mandar depoimento semanal… Mas estou disposta a recomeçar! E já! Agora! Indo depois de escrever o e-mail/depoimento fazer minhas atividades físicas. Não importa se hoje é quinta, não importa se o final de semana ta chegando e as festinhas que virão com ele, o que realmente importa é que quero estar cada dia mais leve até conseguir alcançar minha meta, quero estar me sentindo linda na roupa que colocar e saber que se me sinto bem com meu corpo isso é resultado de todo este esforço de cada dia!
Vamos nos motivar gente, voltar aos nossos propósitos, seguir os mandamentos de GR´s que somos, sugiro até relermos o livro… eu recomecei a leitura, será a 4ª vez que leio o livro mas continuarei lendo-o sempre que necessário para me relembrar que foi através daquele livro que percebi que também sou capaz.
Relembremos também que a grande maioria de nós entrou neste grupo e teve conhecimento sobre as gordas em recuperação após ter encontrado um site que parecia falar de você mesma, um site onde vendo os depoimentos ali postados, você se enxergou e encorajou de seguir pelo mesmo caminho por ver os depoimentos ali escritos!
Vamos fazer esta força continuar? Tanto para nós tanto para as pessoas que ainda não nos conhecem, mas que um dia ao encontrar este site encontrarão também o caminho certo?
As convido a refletir sobre isso, DEPENDE DE NÓS! Seja a continuidade firme do grupão, seja temos um blog realmente ativo ajudando as pessoas que precisam tanto quanto nós de forças para essa longa e muitas vezes difícil caminhada, seja para eliminarmos esses quilos extras que nos acompanham… para tudo cada uma precisa fazer sua parte, se isso não acontecer, se não nos conscientizarmos, tudo corre o risco de mais uma vez, cair no esquecimento, no anonimato… corremos o risco de mais uma vez engordarmos e nos sentirmos fracas por termos abandonado a nós mesmas, trocado nossos sonhos de nos sentirmos melhor com nós mesmas por prazeres momentâneos da comida… corremos o risco de mais uma vez voltarmos a achar que não conseguimos.
Conseguimos sim! Sabemos disso! Já aprendemos o caminho!
Retomemos as rédeas da situação, retomemos nossa caminhada, nossos e-mails e também é muitíssimo importante que retomemos nossos depoimentos ao blog.
Sei que infelizmente o que falo aqui muitas irão ler e deixar por isso mesmo, como já falei inúmeras vezes ao grupão tentando motiva-las a compartilhar e-mails e não somente querer ler o que as outras escrevem e de tão pouca reação positiva confesso que até eu mesma também desanimei de escrever… mas espero que ao menos entre tantas GR´s, algum coração eu consiga tocar assim como as palavras da Mirella tocaram o meu e me reanimaram a recomeçar!
Termino copiando mais uma frase desta nossa amiga Mirella, outra frase das tantas que me tocou: “Vamos agradecer a Deus por tudo que já conseguimos modificar e lhe pedir Forças e muita paz para continuar modificando tudo que ainda há para ser modificado. Fiquemos alegres minhas amigas. Alegres, firme e fortes.”
E claro com minha frase preferida, pois lembremos que Deus nos ajuda SEMPRE mas ao mesmo tempo Ele nos dá o livre arbítrio para escolhermos o caminho a seguir, por isso é tão importante lembrarmos que: DEPENDE DE NÓS!!!!
