Wandcelia: “Agora estou bem mais perto de atingir a meta!!!!!”
Em junho deste ano estava pesando 114,250, nunca estive tão gorda, precisei arregaçar as mangas e ir a luta, não podia deixar que a obesidade me vencesse.
Tomei coragem e fui à endocrinologista, ouvir o que eu já sabia que eu tenho que aprender a comer e fazer exercícios. Essa é a receita mágica, que todos sabem muito bem, mas que não é fácil de ser seguida tem que querer mesmo com muita força de vontade porque é árdua a batalha.
Dia 29/06/2011, iniciei o programa de reeducação alimentar e exercícios orientados pela médica, todos riam de mim, e perguntavam até quando dura esse regime? Você sempre começa e desiste em seguida, porém eu sinto que dessa vez é diferente, tive muitas metas alcançadas durante esse ano, então resolvi aproveitar para encarar essa luta, tenho que atingir meu objetivo, quero chegar aos 80 quilos.
O começo é bem mais difícil, é uma luta constante, porém quando os resultados começam a surgir é bem mais estimulante, os elogios te dão mais força para seguir em frente. Ao fim do 2º mês tinha eliminado 16 quilos, foi quando minha prima Sufia me falou do blog “Magra não, gordas em recuperação” e do desafio de Fina flor de setembro, resolvi participar, pelo menos esse desafio está cumprido, estou com 94 quilos, minha meta para o desafio era 95.
Perdi 20 quilos, hoje estou com 94, ao longo desses três meses, mas a luta é para o resto da vida, temos que ter muita força de vontade e nos amar acima de tudo.
Queria muito postar fotos do antes e do depois, mas não sei porque não gostava muito de tirar fotos (rsrsrsrsrsrs), mas prometo que vou procurar para a matéria de meta concluída, com 80 quilos.

wandcelia, parabéns!!! Sei que não é facil, mas é muito legal ver o resultado. Sofro o mesmo que você.. Ontem dia 03/10/2011 começei meu regime, hoje ja fui para academia.. e assim vai, não quero perder o foco dessa vez, tenho 15kg para perder.. espero que tudo de certo.
