Olhe só, eu estou lendo o livro Pense Magro. E estou na fase que quero ser mais magra e fica bem díficil. Eu estou 59.1kg recomecei a fazer simulador de caminhada e ainda faço 2x semana Pilates. Quando tirei as fotos, uma vez antes e mais 1x depois, estive com 57kg. Mas é só comer uma coisinha a mais…vou para 59. Me cuido a semana toda, sexta estou com 57 e na segunda 59kg.
Mas eu fui em 2 churrascos nesta semana e me mantive nos 59kg bem tranquila, não comi bolo nemcarboidratos para não exceder tanto, mas comi bastante carne.
Segundo este livro ganhar um pouco de peso e atingir então o platô é sinal que este é o meu menor peso sustentável. Mas fica na minha cabeça se eu tive 57, obrigatóriamente teve que mantê-lo, até porque fico sm nenhuma barriguinha. Mas 59 fica muito tranquilo. Então estou confusa se mantenho 59 ou brigo pelos 57?

Como vai amiga linda do meu coração. Seguinte amiga. Para vc segurar nos 57 vai precisar de muita discplina e paciência. Vai precisar controlar os finais de semana por um tempo para dar condiçõs do seu organismo se acostumar com o novo peso. Se vc estiver satufeita com os 59 não tm problema. Mas se vc se sentiu mais feliz e segura com os 57 vale vc tentar.
A pergunta que vc deve se fazer é: Quanto tempo vc mantece a disciplina para manter depois que atingiu os 57?
Podemos colocar a culpa no nosso organismo quando as falhas podem vir da nossa compulsão.
VEja meu exemplo. Decidi antes da lipo ficar com peso de 56 kg. E toda vez que chegava no 56 escorregava.Logicamente, o organismo brigava pelos 57,8 que eu vinha mantendo há mais de um ano e meio. Mas eu aumentava porque eu escorregava.
Quando decidi fazer a lipo, mais desculpa para SE PERMITIR. Hoje estou com 58,8 kg. Um quilo a mais do que o meu peso que vinha mantendo há tempos. Mas como estou mais fina do que quando pesava 57… mais desculpa para deslizar. Mas já estou tratando de cuidar desse processo mental. Na verdade eu ainda estava com meio quilo a mais que eliminei esses dias.
A velha questão é: Será que quando nos sentimos lindas não nos sentimos também no direito de comer umas coisinhas a mais?
Pois é amiga. Poderemos. Mas para isso temos que entender o que estamos fazendo, buscar consciência, disciplina, paciência porque o organismo vai precisar de meses para se acostumar com o novo peso e assim vamos construindo a realidade que desejamos. Se analise e descubra qual é o seu caso para decidir como agir e conseguir compreender quais as melhores coisas a fazer tá? Só vc pode decidir o que vai deixa-la melhor e mais feliz. Isso mesmo Ana, sem querer o confortável, vamos indo em busca dos nossos sonhos e um dia teremos mais que almejamos. Realmente, como GRs sabemos o que é persistência e paciência, então é só usá-la.
Nesta semana resolvi só manter, mas tudo certinho, não sai da linha, mas no ritmo de manter, semana que vem quero dar uma intensificada, não devemos deixar para depois, mas estou fazendo RA e Atividade física… Há pouco foi o aniver da minha filha, e sempre tenho festas nos finais de semana, ainda assim estou na casa dos 59, então posso dizer que já aprendi a ser uma gorda em recuperação, né amiga!
