Exagerei hoje!!! Que faço?
Nunca se deixe enfraquecer pelos deslizes. Recomeçar é a palavra de ordem após qualquer exagero. Aliás, só recomeçar não. Se perdoar e recomeçar. Lutamos contra um vício muito difícil que nos rodeia dia a dia. Controlá-lo exige o máximo de paz e a nossa paz passa pelo auto-perdão sempre. Recomece sempre. E a cada recomeço estará mais forte e mais preparada para a jornada. E observe sempre atentamente que se por um nos sentimos vulneráveis enquanto erramos, por outro nos sentimos fortes, felizes e muito plenas quando acertamos. Portanto vamos dar o nosso melhor para acertar. Seguir os nossos mandamentos de Gordas em Recuperação e aos poucos ir fazendo criar raízes mais profundas no nosso novo estilo de vida. Um estilo de vida que busca sempre o reconhecimento dos nossos defeitos e a superação de cada um deles em busca da plena felicidade.

Ainda não li o livro, tenho ele baixado, mas ainda não tive o prazer de ler. Coloquei o link do livro no meu Blog e vim pegar o link da pagina do site pra colocar lá pro pessoal que se interessar dar uma passada aqui, espero que não tenha problema, mas se por algum motivo não poder deixar me avise que retiro.

Nosssaaaa….como foi bom ler esse comentário, apesar de não ser gorda, tenho 1,58 com 56 Kg, só alguns quilos acima do ideal, na verdade ainda não me recuperei totalmente da gestação. Mas sobrou aquela gordurinha localizada que é muito difícil de sair e acaba que evidenciando e incomodando muito. Ando meio ansiosa por motivos diversos e como deseperadamente, sem fome alguma, só pelo hábito, no outro dia fico péssima, tentando não comer nada. Não preciso perder peso mas preciso ter uma alimetação balanceada e saudável….como é difícil!!!!!!!!!
