Olha, o novo desafio é: ML em J (Mais Leves em Julho)
Começa a partir do dia 1º. O objetivo é estipular qtos kg vc quer pesar
no final do mês. Vc diz com qtos kg está hoje e com qtos quer está
na final do desafio. Estipula e corre atrás… entendeu??

Tyta, vc tá cadastrada no grupão de emails? Se não está,
deixe aqui o seu email e te cadastraremos. Assim vc fica “por dentro”
de tudo q se passa no “nosso mundo!”

Apenas prepare-se… vc receberá trocentos emails diários! kkkk

Não sei se já escrevi, mas também consegui alcançar o desafio de CC (eliminei os 3 kgs).
Para o desafio de julho, quero emagrecer 4 kgs. Hoje estou com 81,5 e quero terminar o mês com 77,5 kgs

Tambem quero participar do desafio, e do grupão tambem ….
