IARA – SC – QUASE 14 QUILOS ELIMINADOS E FELICIDADE POR AGORA CONHECER O CAMINHO

Que alegria, encontrei novamente o equilibrio para seguir o meu emagrecimento, nesta última semana emagreci 1,5kg, de 94,1 desci para 92,6kg,estou muito contente. No total desde que me aceitei como gorda em recuperação em setembro 106,4 kg, não preciso mais carregar 13,8kg. Estou pensando em enviar uma foto, mas como não sou nada fotogênica fico relutando. Estou muito feliz, pois agora sei o caminho. Sei que se tiver algum deslize, posso retomaro comando. Que Deus abençoe todas nós e nos de a sabedoria e tranguilidade necessária para escolhermos o melhor para nós. Um abraço Iara SC.

Que ótimo resultado Iara.  Além do desempenho dessa semana, não da pra gente calcular a alegria de deixar praticamente 14 quilos para trás. Começamos a nos sentir melhor. O peso que compromete muitas vezes até a nossa disposição indo embora dia a dia.  E tem outra coisa muiiito boa. Vc está quase na casa dos 80. E descer cada casa é bom demais!!!!!!!!!!! Agora vc sabe o caminho amiga e Deus irá lhe guiar todos os instantes. Manada a foto para gente. Vamos adorar conhecer voce.  Um grande beijo minha amiga. Jesus a abençõe.
