Menina andei sumida um bocado heim? Mas como o título do meu e-mail diz: estive “Fechando Ciclos”
O ano de 2010 para mim foi de muitas realizações. Todos os anos tenho o costume de no dia 1º de Janeiro estabelecer metas para o ano que chega. Agora chegando ao fim de mais um, vejo depois de muito tempo, várias metas que vinham se repetindo anualmente, terem se concretizado. Gostaria de compartilhar com vocês algumas delas…
Sou casada há 10 anos, e morávamos numa casa cedida por meu pai, portanto no dia 12.12.10, terminamos de construir nossa casa, e vocês podem imaginar a felicidade que estamos tendo realizar esse sonho. Por esse motivo estive sumida esse últimos dias, mudança, muita bagunça, visitas para conhecer a casa nova, enfim, muito trabalho.
Bom mais voltando ao que interessa mesmo, vinha me arrastando anos e anos com uma meta que achava impossível: EMAGRECER 15 QUILOS!!
Pois bem, meta cumprida! EMAGRECI QUASE 20K!!!! Meta mais do que cumprida não é mesmo? E como o ano ainda não acabou, pode ser que ainda perca mais algumas graminhas.
Na foto que anexei, você podem ver como estava em dezembro de 2009, a outra é recente tirada em dezembro de 2010.
Quando iniciei o programa em maio deste ano, pesava 72,3k, hoje peso 53k, e espero chegar aos 50k ou 48k. Estão sendo meses de luta intensa, de recaídas, de recomeço, de sofrimento, de alegria, de aprendizado, de ensinamentos, de compartilhar experiências, mas acima de tudo, meses de realizações. Durante todo o processo, tenho aprendido muito com todas vocês, cada história, cada exemplo, cada reunião que tivemos me serviram de força, de apoio na caminhada. Sem falar nas palavras de incentivo, de fé, e o exemplo maravilhoso que tive de Mirella.
Ah Mirella… Você não sabe o quanto me ajuda, o quanto me fortalece ter você ao meu lado. Ás vezes paro e penso o quanto Deus é maravilhoso por ter nos aproximado, e ter lhe dado esse dom de ajudar as pessoas. Nada do que eu diga vai conseguir descrever a gratidão que tenho por você, por essa doação que nos dá através de sua experiência, sua sabedoria, e sua fé. Oro sempre pedindo a Deus que continue te iluminando com essa luz, que irradia a todos que se aproximam de você.
Sei que nada teria sido realizado se não tivéssemos as bênçãos do Nosso Senhor, que através das nossas orações nunca nos abandonou e cada vez mais nos protege, e nos ajuda nos momentos de fraqueza, em que pensamos em desistir.
Queria muito poder abraçar todas vocês e agradecer por tudo. Espero que no ano que chega, possamos continuar juntas, seja nas reuniões, pelos e-mails, pelo telefone. Enfim, até pela força do pensamento podemos estar juntas, torcendo e orando umas pelas outras.
Desejo a todas um ano repleto de vitórias, saúde, e muito, mais muito “EQUILÍBRIO E DETERMINAÇÃO”, para que assim possamos continuar a nossa eterna luta de Gorda em recuperação.

Você nunca esteve sumida minha amiga. Tenho a felicidade de estar em contato com você desde o lançamento do livro. Primeiro pela internet, depois pelas reuniões. Na verdade foi você, os contatos que permanecemos tendo pelo orkut que me deram a idéia de ampliar o grupo que inicialmente era limitado em seu número de pessoas. Portanto eu é que tenho muito a agredecer a você.
Em maio você chegou com mais de 72 quilos e de lá para cá deu um show de determinação. Veja os dados de cada mês:
Maio: 72.3kg
Junho:68 kg
Julho: 64.2 kg
Agosto: 62 kg kg
Setembro: 59.6 kg
Outubro: 57.8 kg
Novembro: 56.6 kg
Dezembro: 53 kg
São praticamente 20 quilos eliminados em 7 meses. E agora que o que parecia impossível se tornou possível, sabemos que nunca é impossível fazer a coisa certa, melhorar, mudar, crescer, contagiar a nossa família e os nossos amigos com esse sentimento maravilhos de amor e crescimento. Eu infelizmente não mereço tantos elogios mas agradeço muito a Deus por mesmo sem merecer receber tanto carinho todos os dias de cada uma de vocês minhas amigas. Na verdade o meu grande prêmio é ver essa mudança nas suas vidas. É podermos dar as mãos para seguir em frente porque infelizmente essa luta não termina quando atingimos o peso ideal. Somos gordas em recuperação!!! Não estamos aqui para emagrecer, estamos aqui para mudar. E essa mudança é a garantia de que vamos conseguir seguir sempre conscientes. Agora no início de janeiro eu completarei um ano mantendo o peso. Até me emociono em lembrar que nunca havia conseguido isso em toda a minha vida. É isso que desejo a todas vocês que vão conseguir começar o ano praticamente no peso ideal. Força, disciplina, consciência. A tarefa não fica menos difícil, são impostos novos desafios mas hoje sabemos que só depende de cada um de nós cair e levantar, aprender e se superar.
E olha que coincidência viu amiga, nessa época no ano passado eu estava exatamente a 5 quilos do meu peso desejado, assim como você. Deus a ilumine imensamente. Ilumine cada um dos seus projetos. Que o seu novo lar com a sua família seja repleto de luz, paz, consciência e muito amor. Mantenha a fé viva em seu coração e toos os caminhos se abrirão para sua felicidade sempre. Um beijo em toda a família e que em 2011 você continue realizando cada sonho com toda a força que há em seu coração.
