A Rô me incentivou também viu Magnor. Depois de conversar com ela me inspirei e no próximo domingo vou participar da corrida da siolidariedade aqui em Mossoró. Me inscrevi no percurso de 5 km e estou treinando para dar conta do recado. Hoje na academia cumpri o percurso. Ainda treino mais um pouco na quinta e depois é ver como o corpo se comporta na rua porque esteira são outrso 500 não é mesmo? Eu estava com dificuldade para correr devido a dores no joelho já que treinava com tênis inadequado, mas a Rô me inspirou de verdade, comprei o tênis e pela primeira vez consegui correr o percurso todo sem dores. quem diria que um tênis seria tão importante. Depois me mandem mais dicas certo? Estou malhando braço nos dias de corrida e perna na musculação nos dias alternados. Bj.
