Meu nome é Candice Cristiane Costa Apolinário, tenho 28 anos, graduada em Letras, com Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da Aprendizagem e, há pouco mais de um ano, sou servidora pública da Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, em Caicó. Pois é, apesar de mossoroense “roxa” e amar muito a terrinha, ao ser aprovada em concurso público tive que ir morar, de segunda à sexta, no Seridó. Uma mudança bastante significativa na minha vida! Mas, é isso aí, temos que agarrar as oportunidades que aparecem em nossos caminhos, sobretudo quando estamos tratando de emprego, de estabilidade. Logo, logo, espero está de volta para o meu aconchego. Bom, esse foi apenas um breve relato sobre a minha vida para que todos possam conhecer um pouquinho sobre mim.
Feitas as apresentações, quero registrar a GRANDE CONTRIBUIÇÃO que o “Gordas em Recuperação” está trazendo para minha vida e, participar desse Programa está sendo uma experiência muito positiva. Quero agradecer a todas as amigas gordinhas pela força e carinho a mim dispensados, a Mirella que é fundamental, peça-chave deste grupo e que tão bem me acolheu e, principalmente, deixo o meu “muito obrigada” a minha amiga, irmã de coração, Anninha, que não mediu esforços em me ajudar, incentivando-me, apresentando-me e me inserindo neste maravilhoso programa.
Sempre vivi em conflito com a balança, sou gordinha desde criança e, com a adolescência, o desejo de mudar, de deixar para trás as formas arredondadas que nunca me agradaram, passou a ser um sonho. Emagrecer sempre fez parte dos meus planos e, claro, esse sempre foi um ponto presente na lista de objetivos traçados, nos réveillons, para o ano vindouro. Algumas vezes, até consegui, porém, sempre voltava a engordar novamente. Como muitas, vivo em um eterno “efeito sanfona”. Entre inícios e recaídas, já fiz dietas mis, dos mais diversos tipos, bem como, já tomei Sibutramina, Femproporex, Alga Regis, Chá verde… Enfim, uma variedade de produtos que hoje tenho consciência de que eles não fazem nenhum milagre. Isso mesmo, não existe receita milagrosa não… precisamos nos reeducar, procurar fazer uma alimentação saudável, balanceada, fazendo escolhas certas e, se em parceria com atividades físicas, o resultado será bem melhor.
O “Gordas em Recuperação” e a Dieta dos Pontos estão me ajudando bastante a pensar de forma diferente, a ser mais consciente com as minhas escolhas na hora das minhas refeições, o que considero um ponto bastante relevante no processo, haja vista, ser esse o ponto mais desafiador: manter o equilíbrio. Manter a mente equilibrada é o mais difícil nesta trajetória, porém não é impossível. Precisamos emagrecer a mente. Afinal, comer é muito bom, mas é tão bom poder voltar a usar aquelas calças que já não cabiam mais e há anos estavam “encostadas” no armário a espera do dia em que pudéssemos caber nelas novamente, não é mesmo?!
Antes de entrar no programa estava sem forças para iniciar uma dieta, achando que não tinha mais jeito, ou seja, quase “entregando os pontos” mesmo. Hoje sou uma “gorda em recuperação” há vinte e seis dias apenas, pouco menos de um mês e já consegui perder 3 kg. Isso é só o começo de tudo! Ainda tenho um longo caminho pela frente, mas estou forte para percorrê-lo e vencer. Agora é o Brasil rumo ao Hexa e eu rumo aos 10! Sim, quero 10 kg a menos! Desejo que todas nós consigamos atingir as nossas metas! Muita força e equilíbrio a todas!!! Um beijão!!!
